About Us and These Terms
These terms apply to all orders placed with Game Winning Teamwear Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [company number], registered office [registered office address], VAT number [VAT number, or delete if not VAT registered]). You can contact us at enquiries@gamewinning.co.uk or on 07359 942483.
Some parts of these terms apply differently depending on whether you are a consumer (an individual buying for personal use, for example a parent buying from a club shop) or a business customer (a club, school, league, company or other organisation). Where this matters we say so. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Mock-Ups, Quotes and Orders
- Mock-ups are free and there is no obligation to order.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days and show the price of each item, any extras, delivery, and VAT.
- A contract is formed when you accept a quote in writing (or, once it launches, in the club portal) and we confirm the order. For orders that need a deposit, the contract starts when we receive it.
- The person accepting a quote for a club confirms that they are authorised to order on the club’s behalf. In the club portal (once it launches), the club chair controls who can order and whether orders need approval.
Design Approval
Before we make anything, we send a final design for approval. This shows colours, badges, sponsors and, where relevant, names, numbers and sizes. Please check it carefully. We make the kit exactly as approved. We are not responsible for errors in spelling, names, numbers or sizes that were in the design you approved.
Colours can look slightly different on screen than on fabric, and sublimated colours can vary slightly between batches. Small variations of this kind are not a fault.
Your Logos and Our Designs
By sending us badges, logos, sponsor marks or other artwork, you confirm you have the right to use them and permission for us to reproduce them on your kit. You agree to cover our reasonable losses if this turns out not to be true (business customers only).
We own the copyright in the designs we create. Once your order is paid for, you may use your design for your club and its teams, and you can reorder it from us at any time. Unless you ask us not to, we may show photos of your kit (not people) in our gallery and on social media.
Prices and Payment
- All prices for consumers include VAT. Prices for business customers are shown with VAT clearly stated. Any delivery charge is shown before you order.
- Unless your quote says otherwise, we take a 50% deposit when you accept the quote and the balance before we dispatch. Club shop orders are paid in full when ordered.
- You can pay by card (processed securely by Stripe) or by bank transfer using the details on your invoice.
- Business customers: invoices are due by the date shown. We may charge statutory interest and compensation on late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Production and Delivery
Our usual lead time is about four weeks from design approval and receipt of any deposit and sizes. We will give you an estimated delivery date and keep you updated by email (and in the club portal once it launches). If we are going to be late, we will tell you as soon as possible. If you are a consumer and we deliver more than 30 days after the date we agreed, you may be entitled to cancel and get a refund.
Items are your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us. Please check deliveries and tell us about any missing or damaged items within 7 days.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
Custom and personalised kit. Everything we make to your design, with your badge, sponsors, names or numbers, is made to your specification. The legal 14-day right to cancel for online purchases does not apply to these items (regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
- You can change or cancel your order free of charge at any time before you approve the final design.
- After you approve the design, you can still ask us to cancel. We will refund what you have paid, minus our reasonable costs already incurred, such as materials, printing and setup.
Plain or stock items. If you are a consumer and buy an item that is not personalised, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel without giving a reason. Tell us by email, then return the item within 14 days. We will refund you, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving it back. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty. See our returns page.
Faulty Items
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. These include the right to reject faulty goods and get a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, you can ask us to repair or replace them, and you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund if that does not fix the problem. These rights apply to personalised items too.
Business customers must tell us about faults within 30 days of delivery. We will repair or replace faulty items or refund the price of those items.
A fault does not include wear and tear, damage from not following the care label, or an item being the wrong size when that size was approved.
Club Portal and Club Shops
- When the club portal launches, accounts will be free for clubs ordering from us. Your use of the portal is also covered by our website and portal terms.
- The club chair (or the person who set up the club) controls the club’s settings and permissions and is responsible for the people they invite.
- When a parent or player buys through a club shop, their contract for that item is with us, not with the club, and these terms apply to them as a consumer.
Our Responsibility to You
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer.
Business customers: we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price of that order.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens we will tell you, and you may cancel affected orders for a refund of anything paid for items not yet made.
Complaints and Disputes
If something goes wrong, contact us at enquiries@gamewinning.co.uk. We aim to reply within 2 working days and to sort things out quickly. If we cannot resolve a complaint from a consumer, we will tell you whether we are willing to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
These terms were last updated on 2 October 2026.
