Custom and Personalised Kit
Kit made to your design, with your badge, sponsors, names or numbers, cannot be returned because you changed your mind. The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to made-to-order items. That’s why we always send a free mock-up and a final design for you to approve first.
You can cancel free of charge at any time before you approve the final design. After approval, we refund what you’ve paid minus costs we’ve already incurred.
Faulty or Wrong Items
If something arrives faulty, damaged, or different from the design you approved:
- Email enquiries@gamewinning.co.uk with your order number and photos, ideally within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund. We pay for returning faulty items.
- Consumers can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, you’re entitled to a repair or replacement, and you may be entitled to a refund if that does not fix the problem.
Plain or Stock Items
If you bought something that isn’t personalised, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Email enquiries@gamewinning.co.uk, then send the item back unused within 14 days. We refund the item price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving it. You pay the return postage.
Wrong Size?
Sizes are confirmed by you or your club before we make anything. If a size is wrong because it was entered incorrectly, it isn’t a fault, but we can make a replacement at a discounted reorder price. Check our size guide before you approve.
